DRESSING FOR TOMATO AND
BOCCONCINI CHEESE SALAD
Ingredients
Olive oil: 250ml
Balsamic vinegar: 125ml
Camp maple syrup: 60ml
Fresh sweet basil leaves: to taste
Ripe fresh tomatoes: 6 to 8
Bocconcini cheese: 400g
Salt and pepper: to taste
Preparation
Mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar and Camp maple syrup
Add a few chopped sweet basil leaves
Salt and pepper
Set aside
Alternate placing the sliced tomatoes and the bocconcini
cheese slices on a plate
Pour the vinaigrette over the tomatoes and cheese
Decorate with fresh sweet basil
Serves 6
